Scope

Scope included a branded multi-page student society website with home presentation, leadership pages, activity coverage, registration access, strategic-plan visibility, blog and update sections, contact pathways, and a structured content flow for a university-based member community. The build also catered for strong identity presentation through society, provincial, and university branding assets.

Important features

  • Leadership and executive pages
  • Activities and update sections
  • Registration pathway for members
  • Strategic plan visibility
  • Gallery and hero presentation
  • Community contact and communication flow

Challenge

The society needed a stronger digital front door that could represent its identity properly, communicate activities clearly, and make registration and student updates easier to access.

How we overcame it

We structured the platform around the real communication needs of the society, using clear navigation, multi-page content architecture, stronger branding placement, and dedicated access points for registration, leadership, activities, and strategy documents.

Outcome

The finished platform gave the society a more credible public presence, clearer member communication pathways, and a more organized way to present leadership, activities, and institutional direction.

Special thanks

Special thanks to the UPNGSSS 2025 Executives and President Karogol Ian for the opportunity. Although it was a later project in the build sequence, it became the first one to be launched.

Brave Group PNG

Static Web | Corporate Services

Brave Group PNG

The first website project I built, created for Brave Group PNG as a comprehensive corporate presence that introduced the group and its sub-companies in one structured platform.

Development period Almost 10 months
View full project scope and delivery detail

Scope

Scope covered a full corporate website for Brave Group PNG with a parent-brand presentation, structured sections for the group and its sub-companies, company background, service visibility, contact pathways, and a broad multi-section layout designed to present the wider organization clearly. This project was also a learning-ground build where I developed my web design and implementation skills while shaping a more complete company presence from scratch.

Important features

  • Parent company presentation
  • Sub-company and group structure showcase
  • Multi-section corporate content layout
  • Company profile and service visibility
  • Contact and enquiry pathways
  • Responsive front-end built from scratch

Challenge

This was my first major website project, so the challenge was not only building a credible digital presence for a real company, but also learning and improving through the process while making sure the final product could properly capture the scale of the group and its related companies.

How we overcame it

I approached it as both a real delivery project and a serious growth project. The site was planned section by section, with careful attention to how the main company and its sub-companies would be presented. Through steady iteration, layout refinement, and hands-on coding, I shaped a more comprehensive and purposeful corporate website that represented the group clearly.

Outcome

The final website became a foundational milestone in my journey as a web developer. It gave Brave Group PNG a broader online presence, presented the group structure more clearly, and marked the beginning of my practical experience building purposeful websites for real clients.

Special thanks

Special thanks to Brave Group CEO Wesley Roy for giving me the opportunity to build this project. It was my first website project, and that trust created the space for me to learn, grow, and deliver a comprehensive site for the group.

NCOBA

Government Platform | Public Sector

NCOBA

Our first dynamic website and a government platform, built for NCOBA as a structured public-facing system with operational backend support.

Development period Around 4 months
View full project scope and delivery detail

Scope

Scope covered a formal government platform for the National Coordination Office for Bougainville Affairs, including a structured public website for programs, publications, policy visibility, consultation pathways, and stakeholder-facing communication. The system also included two separate admin panels: one for HR use and another for the tech and media team, allowing content management, workflow handling, and internal publishing responsibilities to be managed more clearly.

Important features

  • Government website presentation
  • Programs and publications structure
  • Policy and consultation pathways
  • Dedicated HR admin panel
  • Dedicated tech and media admin panel
  • Structured content and publishing workflow

Challenge

This was our first dynamic website and also a government platform, so the challenge was to deliver something more structured than a standard public website while supporting different internal user responsibilities through a reliable backend arrangement.

How we overcame it

We approached the build as both a public information platform and an internal management system. The frontend was arranged for clearer government communication, while the backend was divided into two admin environments so HR users and the tech and media team could manage their respective responsibilities more effectively.

Outcome

The final platform gave NCOBA a stronger digital presence, improved the structure of public-sector communication, and introduced a more practical internal workflow through the two-admin-panel system.

Special thanks

Special thanks to Gol Karal for content compilation and for the trust in giving us this project.

Development period 3 months
View full project scope and delivery detail

Scope

Scope included a styled storefront for curated collections, category-based browsing, product presentation, cart and checkout flow, quotation support, order capture, printable and downloadable receipt handling, and an admin environment for managing products, sizes, categories, FAQs, testimonials, settings, contacts, and customer orders. The experience was structured to support commerce without forcing a direct online payment gateway.

Important features

  • Curated product collections
  • Cart and checkout flow without gateway
  • Automated quote generation
  • Printable and downloadable receipts
  • Product, category, and size management
  • Order and customer record management

Challenge

The brand needed a credible digital storefront that could support real customer intent and order handling while still operating without an integrated payment gateway.

How we overcame it

We designed the platform around a practical commerce flow: discovery, cart, checkout, order capture, quote generation, and receipt production, supported by an admin panel for catalog and content management.

Outcome

The result is a more complete e-commerce experience that supports product visibility, customer action, order coordination, and professional post-order documentation even without direct payment processing.

Development period 6 months
View full project scope and delivery detail

Scope

Scope included a full product catalog, category and size management, order capture, transaction-ready checkout, PayGate integration flow, customer contact handling, content management, newsletter support, FAQ and testimonial sections, and supporting community or brand-story modules. The platform was designed to move beyond a simple storefront into a more structured commerce system.

Important features

  • Product and category management
  • Size-based pricing and stock structure
  • PayGate-integrated checkout flow
  • Automated quote and receipt support
  • Orders and transaction records
  • Community stories and newsletter modules

Challenge

The brand needed more than a visual catalog. It required a structured commerce platform that could support product detail, customer checkout, payment handling, and stronger operational control.

How we overcame it

We built a fuller e-commerce system with database-backed products, variant handling, order records, transaction-aware workflows, and a PayGate integration path, while still giving attention to storytelling and brand presentation.

Outcome

The final platform supports a more serious online sales flow, stronger customer trust, better catalog control, and a more complete operational base for digital commerce.

Special thanks

Special thanks to business owner Judy Ejampi for trusting us with the task. It was a challenging build, but we stayed with it and delivered the platform.

Development period 8 weeks
View full project scope and delivery detail

Scope

Scope covered both the public-facing corporate website and the internal operational backend. On the frontend, the work presented engineering services, company profile, and contact pathways. On the backend, the platform included modular management for branch users, projects, progress updates, expenses, assets, reports, document records, HR applications, partner enquiries, uploads, and internal operational reporting.

Important features

  • Corporate engineering website
  • Branch user and branch workflow management
  • Project progress and reporting modules

How we overcame it

We approached it as a dual-purpose system: a professional public web presence on one side and a modular admin and monitoring environment on the other, with structured workflows for reporting, uploads, HR, partners, and project oversight.

Outcome

The result is a more scalable engineering business platform that supports both visibility and operational discipline, with better control over reporting, project coordination, and internal administrative processes.
